Ferrari has announced a new strategy since the death of Sergio Marchionne and the appointment of new CEO Louis Camilleri. There will be a significant increase in the average price of vehicles, and 15 new models are due to launch by 2022 in four key categories: sports cars, Gran Turismo, Special Series and Icon. The broader range is designed to satisfy both existing buyers of Ferrari as well as bring in new fans. The first Ferrari SUV, called Purosangue (pure blood) is also on the way, and 60 percent of all Ferraris will by hybrid by 2022, including all sports cars.
