FIFASTRA is a provider of personal loans designed to help consumers and businesses buy new or second-hand motorcycles. It offers conventional loan products as well as, since 2005, Shariah loans. It is part of the larger FIFGROUP of financial services brands, and has a long-running partnership with Honda. As part of a six-city roadshow to mark the 30th anniversary of FIFGROUP this year, FIFASTRA offered a promotional deal enabling consumers to buy a motorcycle with zero down payment and a discount on installments of up to IDR 1 million. At the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS), FIFASTRA offered bike loans at 1 percent interest for Honda Premium and “Big Bike” models. There have also been promotional discounts on loan repayments of up to IDR200,000. The FIFGROUP is active on YouTube, with FIFASTRA using storytelling to show how access to good financing has helped customers improve their lives, with the tagline #JadiLebihBaik dengan FIFASTRA” (Better with FIFASTRA). It also hosts events for selected loyal customers; these recently included a private screening for 20 customers of The Avengers.
