Driven by its corporate motto, “Wonderful Life – Wonderful World”, Summarecon is a property developer specializing in townships that integrate shopping and office space with residential property and community facilities. In the past year, it has launched Summarecon Bandung, a residential, commercial and mixed-use development in southeastern Bandung, the company’s first major township development outside Greater Jakarta. The project’s first two residential clusters were launched in November 2015 and quickly sold out despite weak growth in the property market generally. The brand promotes its expertise in urban planning, construction, sustainable design technology and neighborhood management, and was recently awarded Best Residential Development in Indonesia for its ‘The Springs’ residential area in Summarecon Serpong.
